On Sunday 11 July, we had the honor of hosting the Club des Chefs des Chefs, the most exclusive gastronomic society in the world.
The first meeting took place at the Paul Bocuse restaurant in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or in 1977. It was initiated by Gilles Bragard, the couturier of chefs and international hospitality. Following its success and the wish of the participants to meet once a year for a meal, Gilles Bragard created this non-profit association. Since then, the Chefs des Chefs meet every year in a different country to explore local gastronomy and promote the profession. It is also an opportunity for these gastronomy lovers to get together and share their passion.
